Delivery Free - England, Wales & Scotland (Lowlands), Zone 1.
Delivery Extra - All other Zones 2 to 7 inclusive.
Please check that the correct Zone is selected.
Orders placed with the incorrect Zone will not be sent.
All orders are usually despatched within 2-3 working days from date of receipt.
Delivery is scheduled for working days only.
Delivery to a 3rd party address (eg a building site) will be at the buyer's risk.
Next Day Delivery
For next working day, Saturday or a specific time delivery, please contact us by telephone to confirm availabilty.
An additional Service Charge 1, 2, 3 0r 4 will be applicable for this order.
Collection from our London warehouse by arrangement.
All shipments are sent via our routeing by Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, DHL, DPD, FedEx or UPS.
Full tracking details are available for all shipments.
Receipt of Goods
All shipments will require a signature and maybe identification.
We recommend that all orders be signed for as "Unexamined".
If there is apparent damage to the packaging, this should be stated on the carriers receipt.
Orders should be inspected immediately following delivery and any discrepancy reported to us
within 24 hours by telephone, email or fax.
Failure to comply with this procedure will result in any claim being refused by the carriers.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT will be added to all orders, with the following exceptions:
VAT will be refunded for orders from the Channel Islands and R of Ireland.
VAt will be Zero rated for all export orders.
Only cards issued by UK and Irish banks will be accepted.
Electronic transfer payment required for export orders to all other countries against proforma invoice.
