ORDERS
Q. Can I order by email or phone and pay by BACS?
A. Yes.
We will send you an email with a proforma invoice and our bank details.

Q. Can you supply orders for export without the UK VAT?
A. Yes.
This is subject to the delivery zones:
Zones 3 & 4 Channel Islands and Ireland
Online payment includes VAT.
Following shipment the VAT will be refunded for orders paid by card or PayPal.
Zones 5-7 Europe & Rest of the World
VAT is not applicable.
The order form shows a guide price only.
Following receipt of an order or enquiry a proforma invoice/quotation with shipping cost and bank details will be sent by email.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes.
We issue your email address and mobile number to the carrier, who will send you email or text updates on the shipment.
You can also contact us by email or text and we will forward the tracking details.
Q. What can I do if my order is delivered with an item missing or broken?
A. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) as above.
Q Can I exchange my order?

Q. Do your hire lasers?
A. Sorry, no.
We recommend that you contact specialist survey hire companies.
Q What is the warranty on products?

FUKUDA & SPOT-ON ROTARY LASERS
Q. Do you issue a Warranty Certificate with the order?
A. Yes.
We include a 'free of charge' combined Test Certificate/Certificate of Conformity (CoC) with each rotary laser.
We check and test every laser before shipment.
The CoC confirms that the laser complies with the manufacturer's specification.
Q. Can you provide instructions for my laser as they are not included?
A. Yes.
You can find the respective instructions on the Manuals menu above.

Q. My laser is not working, what should I do?
A. Please send us an email with a description and a video of the problem.
Please include the laser type, model, original order number or date (month & year) of purchase.
Our specialist technician will respond with advice.
Q. My laser doesn't level accurately, what should I do?
A. Recalibration (with certification) available.
We will send you a Service Request Form to email to an independent specialist Service Centre.
Q. My laser has been damaged, can you repair?
A. Maybe?
Please send us an email with a description and a video of the problem.
Please include the laser type, model, original order number or date (month & year) of purchase.
Our specialist technician will respond with advice.
If the repair is not viable due to the cost of labour, spare parts and postage, we can offer a 10% part exchange discount for a new replacement laser.
FUKUDA & SPOT-ON CROSS & MULTI LINE LASERS
Q. Can you repair cross or multi line lasers?
A. Unfortunately not.

NIVCOMP DIGITAL ALTIMETER LEVELS
Q. My Nivcomp has been damaged, can I get it repaired.
A. Yes.
The Nivcomp factory in Germany provides this service.
The cost is £250.00 +VAT, which can be ordered from the webpage.
Following payment we will send you a courier's label for collection or for the nearest drop-off point.
SMARTTOOL DIGITAL INCLINOMETERS
Q. Can I calibrate my SmartTool?
A. Yes.
You can find the respective instructions on the Manuals menu, (as above).
You can also download the factory re-set instructions for all digital incinometers and protractors on each webpage .
SPOT-ON ALIGNMENT LASERS
Q. Can you supply a Class 2 laser to meet Health and Safety Regulations?
A. Yes.
Please send an email with your specific application and we will quote accordingly.
Q. Can I use the spot laser as a portable pointer.
A. No.
All our Class 3 alignment lasers are supplied for industrial use only and must be fixed to machinery or equipment.
